FAQs
Can I get a certificate the same day?
Yes. During operating hours (9 AM – 9 PM IST), most certificates are issued within 30 minutes. If you apply at 8:55 PM, your certificate will be processed first thing the next morning.
Is the urgently issued certificate as valid as a regular one?
Yes. Speed of issuance has no bearing on legal validity. The certificate is from an NMC-registered MBBS/MD doctor and is valid under MoHFW Telemedicine Guidelines 2020 regardless of how quickly it was issued.
