Yes. Under the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MoHFW) Telemedicine Practice Guidelines 2020, medical certificates issued by registered doctors via telemedicine are legally valid across India. Our doctors are NMC-registered (MBBS/MD), and their NMC registration numbers are verifiable at nmc.org.in.

Most certificates are issued within 30 minutes of payment. We operate 9 AM – 9 PM IST, 7 days a week. During peak hours, please allow up to 45 minutes.

We issue: (1) Sick Leave Certificates for office, school, college, and government leave. (2) Medical Fitness Certificates for job joining, college admission, hostel, sports, and visa applications. (3) Form 1A certificates for driving licence applications.

Our certificates are accepted by IT companies (TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Accenture, Cognizant, LTIMindtree, etc.), educational institutions (IITs, IIMs, NITs, BITS Pilani, Manipal, and others), banks (IndusInd Bank, Central Bank of India, etc.), and government offices. The certificate is from an NMC-registered doctor — the same requirement as any other doctor's certificate.

Every certificate includes: (1) Your full name, age, and date of consultation. (2) Diagnosis / reason for leave. (3) Recommended rest period (for sick leave) or declaration of fitness (for fitness certificates). (4) Doctor's name, qualification (MBBS/MD), and NMC registration number. (5) Doctor's digital signature. (6) Clinic name and contact.

Our telemedicine consultation is primarily text/form-based. You fill out a detailed health questionnaire, and the doctor reviews your information to issue the certificate. For some conditions, the doctor may request a brief WhatsApp video/audio call for additional assessment.

The certificate is delivered as a signed PDF to your WhatsApp number and email address. You can print it or share the digital PDF — both are equally valid.

Yes. The applicant's name, age, and health details on the form will be for the person who needs the certificate. The contact details (phone/email) for delivery can be the parent's or guardian's.

For most long-stay visa and student visa medical requirements, embassies specify a physical medical examination by a panel doctor. Our online fitness certificate is typically suitable for domestic purposes and some visa categories that require a general fitness declaration from a registered doctor — but please check your specific visa requirements.
