Are there any additional charges?
No. The price shown at checkout is the final amount, inclusive of GST — no separate consultation fee and no platform fee. Sick leave certificates start at ₹599, medical fitness at ₹699, and Form 1A at ₹999. Premium and handwritten formats are priced higher and are shown before you pay.
What payment methods are accepted?
UPI (PhonePe, GPay, Paytm), debit/credit card, net banking, and all major wallets. Payments are processed securely via PayU.
What if I need a refund?
If your certificate is not issued within 30 minutes during business hours, or if the certificate cannot be issued for medical reasons, a full refund is processed within 3–5 business days. See our Refund Policy for details.
