The PDF includes the doctor's full name, NMC registration number, clinic letterhead, examination date, and a formal fitness declaration, in the same format and with the same fields as a certificate obtained after an in-person clinic visit. You can download, print, or forward the PDF directly from WhatsApp or email — no login or account access is required to retrieve it again later, since it also remains available from your dashboard if you registered with an account.
