At EasyMedicalCertificate.com, we are committed to offering transparent and ethical services. Our refund policy outlines eligible and non-eligible cases to ensure clarity for all our users.
✅ Eligible Refund Cases (Before Doctor Review Only)
Refunds are applicable only if the case is not reviewed by a doctor yet and if the user informs us in advance. Eligible situations include:
Underage Users: If a user below 10 years applies without guardian knowledge and contacts us before doctor review.
Incomplete Medical Information: If the user lacks current medical reports or valid history and notifies us before review.
Invalid Complaints: If our health team finds the request invalid prior to doctor evaluation.
Repeated Requests Without Treatment: If a user makes repeated requests (5+) without getting treated and informs us in time.
Unethical Usage Intent: If the certificate is intended for medico-legal, insurance, government duty, or other unethical/legal-restricted purposes and is declared upfront.
Doctor Unavailable: If our doctor is unable to contact the user within 48 working hours.
Unsupported Services: If the user requests a service or product not offered on our platform.
⚠️ Note: A convenience fee is applicable on all eligible refunds.

❌ Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds are not allowed in the following cases:
After doctor review is completed.
If the user refuses or fails to attend doctor review.
If certificate is already issued.
If usage intent is unethical and informed after review.
If medical info provided does not match diagnosis.
Failure to provide supporting documentation.
Inactivity for more than 3 days.
Missed Form 1A ear & eye tests (2 times).
If user backs out after case is approved by doctor.
Backdated Certificate Requests: Without a valid doctor prescription, we do not issue any backdated certificates.
💰 Refund Charges & Review Fee
Domestic Cases: Refunds (if applicable) will deduct ₹199–₹250 + ₹400 (doctor review fee, if applicable).
📦 Form 1A Specific Policy
Refunds not applicable once ear/eye tests are completed.
One free shipping attempt. Second shipping attempt costs ₹399.
Shipping is only within India and via Blue Dart. Confirm serviceability before opting.
📅 Document & Case Closure Policy
Inactive cases (no user reply) are closed after 7 days.
Closed case data is retained for max 15 days.
No document modifications after issue.

Refund requests are accepted via email only and processed within 5 working days (Mon–Fri, 10AM–6PM). Refunds are made to the original payment method (subject to gateway timelines).
